Our Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection Charter details how we collect, use and protect information relating to the Art Action website and digital services. We will retain your current personal data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the services to you and only for as long as necessary for the processing purposes identified in this privacy statement. Routine personal data that is used to send you information about Art Action offers, news and events is retained for a period of three (3) years from your last interaction with Art Action. Your current data will be destroyed within a maximum period of 30 days from any unsubscribe request from you.
The personal information that is collected and processed under the “Contact us” section and/or a similar section is only kept for the duration of the processing of your request. They are then deleted.
