Description
The seahorse is a small friendly sea fish with an original mode of gestation. Indeed, the female lays eggs in the ventral pouch of the male and the latter will give birth to a few hundred young already formed after 2 to 3 weeks of gestation. Despite everything, it too suffers from the degradation of its habitat and overfishing (more than 20 million seahorses caught/year for Asian potions, soups and lucky charms)…
The seahorse is one of BELI’s favorite animals which, like the shark, is part of its “BEautiful aLIve” collection. As she prefers a lucky sculpture rather than a corpse imprisoned in resin, she has created an unlimited series of bronze seahorses about fifteen centimeters high, dedicated to Art Action.
These are available in 3 patina colors: green, blue or brown. Each can show the natural bronze in certain places or not. There are therefore 6 models available. The photo is indicative of the color because the patinas being made by hand are always different from each other, even for the same color.
